1. Online:

2. Mail a donation: 
  • Checks payable to: Ukrainian Cultural and Humanitarian Institute or UCHI, in the memo area indicate Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Fund
  • Mail to:  UCHI at 610 Bouquet Street   Carnegie, PA 15106
3. In Person:

  • Drop off a donation at the Ukrainian Selfreliance of Western Pennsylvania Federal Credit Union | 700 Washington Avenue, Suite 100, Carnegie, PA  15106. Mention the donation is for the "Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Fund." 
  • Please make checks payable to:  Ukrainian Cultural and Humanitarian Institute or UCHI, in the memo area indicate:  Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Fund​

Applies to all online and mobile platforms for sharing content and information, whether controlled by Ukrainian Cultural and Humanitarian Institute (UCHI) or hosted by others, on which members of the UCHI community engage. Purpose of our website is to provide information our Ukrainian Cultural and Humanitarian Institute (UCHI) programming, events and historical accounts related to the Ukrainian Community in Pittsburgh and Ukraine in relation to our mission statement.  By continuing to use this website or our social media platforms you are implying acceptance of this privacy policy.
INFORMATION THAT IS GATHERED FROM VISITORS
Information gathered from visitors on the UCHI website would be conducted by our service providers for the purpose of fulling a service request, such as store purchase or donation collection.  Please refer to the third-party company for specifics on their company policies for data handling and collection.  
Any information provided to UCHI by visitors via email is stored by our website host.  At present, UCHI does not send any online email newsletters or notifications.  A once or twice a year mailed newsletter is distributed.  The addresses are maintained by UCHI President and have been provided by the user to be included on the listing.  To be removed from the mailed newsletter, a person can contact UCHI at [email protected].
